The best Petronian in Bologna. The owner is extremely nice and friendly. I recommend booking the Petroniana by phone otherwise it may be sold out. Absolutely worth trying
Fast and friendly service, worthy of a true Bolognese trattoria. The dishes reflect typical Emilian cuisine. We had a very good time, especially in terms of quality/price ratio. Good, don't change. The only flaw (but only to be meticulous) is the gramigna which is slightly too al dente. The "foreign" diners really appreciated the authenticity of the place and the food. The tortellini tasting was a standing ovation. Not expressly requested but the request was accepted by the owner who promptly showed up with a generous tasting. The curiosity on the part of the diners was too much!! Both the broth (nicely rich) and the tortellini (good filling, you can feel the flavors of Bologna) were widely appreciated. €25 each is very honest!! To return
Going to eat at Re di Coppe has always been very satisfying, the hot bread brought to the table to whet the appetite and an excellent way to start.
After some resistance from our gruff host, we succeeded in our endeavor to delight ourselves with one of the best Bolognese cutlets on the market, accompanied by an excellent mixed fry of vegetables and the legendary fried sage, mandatory to take if you don't want to miss out on one joy for the palate.
More than affordable prices combined with excellent quality make the King of Cups a great place to go alone or if you want to make a good impression on someone.
Food quality, good. I don't give the service a 5 because the gentleman who served us wasn't very kind, he was in a big hurry, given that they closed at 3pm. It was 1pm!! For the rest ok. Homely, trattoria-like environment. Excellent prices.
